@SVN rev 199251 on 2009-11-13 11:32:14Z by ed

Convert {small prefix}BSD to TERM=xterm as well.

Clean up the ttys files shipped with PicoBSD, NanoBSD and TinyBSD. While
there, it seems one of them still had references to sio(4). Make it in
sync with what we do in the base system.

## SVN ##
## SVN ## Remove duplicate const specifiers in many drivers (I hope I got all of
## SVN ## them, please let me know if not). Most of these are of the form:
## SVN ##
## SVN ## static const struct bzzt_type {

## SVN ## [...list of initializers...]

1.1
log
@Major PicoBSD update by luigi with some debugging help from myself.

. Now builds on -STABLE (-CURRENT is broken due to bugs)
. etc directory contents centralized instead of in each
  type directory (can exclude & override as desired)
. Removed extraneous language files (lang files for rc really necessary?)
. dialog-based build tool with support for custom floppy builds
. MFS image loads as a mfs_root module instead of compiled into kernel

1.1.2.2
log
@MFC: sync Picobsd build structure with the one in -current.
This involves a cleanup of the build scripts, removing
common files from the individual trees and put them in a
common place, and remove unused stuff.
