Contacting Us
If you can't find help elsewhere in our support section, or you have a question or suggestion you want to put to us, here's how you can get in touch with members of the UK Mirror Service team.
Feedback Forms
We do read all these but please bear in mind that we have to do the job that pays money first and we can't respond to every query.
Please try and include as much information as possible and a contact email address which will only be used in context of the query/request.
Thanks.
- We welcome all of your comments, whines and suggestions. Our feedback form is the best way to pass on your thoughts. Your comments will not disappear into a vacuum: feedback helps us to review and improve the service.
- We want to hear from you if you have a recommendation for a site to mirror whether it be specific to your subject discipline or of general interest to the UK HE community. We rely on your input to select mirrors which meet the needs of our entire audience. If we don't have what you want, then please do ask for it!
- If you find something that seems to be faulty anywhere in the UK Mirror Service, web site or ftp service, please take a minute to fill out our Bug Report Form so that we can fix it for you.
You can contact us at any time of day or night by sending email to help@mirrorservice.org. You'll get an automatic response from our helpdesk system within a few minutes. We do read all of these but please bear in mind that we have to do the job that pays money first and we can't respond to every query.
